INVARIANT Invariant is about a multimedia project, which is settled at the gateway between digital video art and contemporary electronic music and could be characterized as intermedial improvisation. Image and sound interact together through analog and digital interfaces, that are able to be controlled by the artist and the machines itself. By the benefication of the used media during the turnout of synaesthetic apperceptions, appears a concentration of the optic and acoustic sense, on which the viewer’s cognitive-following inner processes, like imagination and fantasy, reach intensification.(GS)
