This Book unifies the member’s contributions taking part in the symposium “Selbst:Darstellung”.
The event, organized by the bureau of intermedial communication transfer “medien.kunst.tirol“, took place at the Kunstraum Innsbruck, in march 2003.

How can we still be ourselves, when there is no time to get to us? How can we develop an individual character, when, in return to companionship, we merge in the anonymity of mass-community? When we are likewise forced to manage our own image in the global management? And in doing so, have to relate to the same media, that conduces mass-media demonstrations?
